Working on translation tasks

Task Management is currently available in private beta. If you're interested in trying it out, please contact us.

When a task is being assigned to you, you can immediately start working on it. There are 3 different ways in order to find the task you want and start working on the strings that are associated with this:

  • Use the link that is included in the notification email you received

  • Use the link in the in-app notification on your notifications page here

  • Visit the Tasks page as it is described here and search for the specific task. Once you find it, hover your mouse over the task and click on the "Start Working" button:

In case the task is already in progress, "Resume Work" will be displayed instead:

No matter which option is chosen, you will be redirected to the editor in Task View mode where you can find the strings you need to work on:

You can navigate to the tasks list area again if you like using the menu on the editor's Task view as shown on the image below.

Editor's task view mode is displaying only strings related to a specific task. As you translate strings the task's progress is updated.
